1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of QPanels, a commercial Blender add-on. By purchasing, installing, or using QPanels, you agree to these Terms. Contact: qpanels.shop@outlook.fr
2. License
2.1 What You Get
When you purchase a QPanels subscription, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the QPanels add-on in Blender on the number of devices specified by your plan. The Creator plan includes 2 device activations at €5.99 per year. The Teams plan includes 6 device activations at €14.39 per year. The Studio plan includes 12 device activations at €21.59 per year.
2.2 What You Can Do
You may install and use QPanels on your licensed devices, use QPanels for personal and commercial Blender projects, and receive all updates released during your subscription period. QPanels gives you instant access to more than 1000 native Blender panels and more than 700 native Blender menus, as well as panels from any third-party add-on installed in your Blender.
2.3 What You Cannot Do
You may not share, resell, or redistribute your license key. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the QPanels source code. You may not use QPanels on more devices than your plan allows. You may not circumvent the license validation or activation system.
3. Free Trial
3.1 Trial Period
The Creator plan includes a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. The Teams and Studio plans include a 1-day free trial with full access to all features.
3.2 Trial Conditions
No payment is required to start the trial if supported by the payment provider. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. After the trial ends, your subscription will be activated and billed annually.
4. Payment and Billing
4.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). We do not store your payment information.
4.2 Billing Cycle
All plans are billed annually. Your subscription renews automatically each year unless cancelled.
4.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect on their next renewal.
5. Refund Policy
Cancel anytime during your free trial period and you will not be charged. Once the trial period ends, your subscription is activated and billed for the full year. Since you had a full trial period to evaluate the product at no cost, refunds are generally not issued after the trial period. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using QPanels, you may contact us at qpanels.shop@outlook.fr within 14 days of being charged. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Device Activation
6.1 Activation Limit
Each plan has a maximum number of device activations. A "device" is identified by a unique hardware identifier (HWID).
6.2 Deactivation
You can deactivate a device to free up an activation slot. Contact us at qpanels.shop@outlook.fr if you need assistance with device management.
6.3 Hardware Changes
If you change your computer's hardware (e.g., new motherboard), your HWID may change. Contact us to reset your activation if needed.
7. Updates and Compatibility
7.1 Updates
All updates released during your active subscription are included at no extra cost.
7.2 Blender Compatibility
QPanels currently supports Blender versions 3.4 through 5.0. We aim to support new Blender versions as they are released, but cannot guarantee immediate compatibility with every new release.
8. Intellectual Property
QPanels, including its code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of its developer. Your license grants you the right to use the software, not to own, modify, or distribute it.
9. Limitation of Liability
QPanels is provided "as is". We do our best to ensure quality and compatibility, but: We are not liable for any loss of data, work, or revenue caused by using QPanels We are not liable for compatibility issues with third-party add-ons or future Blender updates Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period
10. Termination
10.1 By You
You can cancel your subscription at any time through Lemon Squeezy. Your license remains active until the end of the current billing period.
10.2 By Us
We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms (e.g., sharing your license key, reverse-engineering the software). In case of termination for violation, no refund will be issued.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of France.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of QPanels after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
